Privacy notice
Yusuf & Friends (“we”) makes short nasheeds and stories for young children. This notice covers this website, yusufandfriends.com (yusufandfriendstv.com simply redirects here). We built the site so that it collects as little as possible: there are no accounts, no forms, no comments and no cookies.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for names, email addresses, photos or any other personal information on this site.
- We do not set cookies and do not store anything in your browser.
- We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking tools.
Visit counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics
To know how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It shows us totals such as page views, the pages viewed, the referring website, browser and device type, and country. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors for this service. We cannot use it to identify you or your child, and we do not combine it with any other data. Cloudflare's own policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address so that the page can be delivered and protected from abuse. Cloudflare keeps its own edge logs under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not receive or keep them.
Videos and links to other sites
The “Latest Shorts” player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing loads from YouTube until you tap play; after that, Google's privacy policy applies to the player. The “Watch on” buttons take you to YouTube, Facebook and TikTok, which have their own privacy policies and age rules. On YouTube our videos are set as made for kids (no comments, no personalized ads).
Children's privacy
We do not collect personal information from children. This site is designed with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in mind. It is written for parents and carers, and it offers no way for a child to share personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, please tell us and we will delete it.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply, do not add you to any list, and delete the message when it is no longer needed. Emails sent to info@ are kept for up to 30 days after the matter is closed. Please do not include your child's personal details.
